English:

1. Neils Bohr Atomic Theory is applicable only to hydrogen atom or uni—electron systems like He⁺, Li⁺⁺, Be⁺⁺⁺.

2. The spectra of multi-electron systems could not be explained.

3. The experimental value of ionization energy and the value calculated from Neils Bohr Atomic theory do not agree.

4. No proper explanation of chemical bonding is possible.

5. By using spectroscopes of high resolving power, it is observed that spectral lines consist of two or more lines spaced closely together. This is called the fine structure of spectral lines. Bohr’s theory fails to explain the fine structure.

6. The uncertainty principle goes against Neils Bohr Atomic theory.
